BIO-PROEN process package and bio-tank solution
BIO-PROEN biochemical technology is based on high-efficiency activated sludge treatment and micro-aerobic biological treatment technology with simultaneous nitrification and denitrification characteristics. The high-concentration activated sludge process with short process flow, high treatment efficiency and low energy consumption, which maximizes biochemical efficiency, has a compact layout and consists of an integrated tank , saving land. By controlling dissolved oxygen (generally about 0.5mg/L) and sludge concentration in aerobic zone, the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is obvious.
BIO-PROEN adopts high-efficiency and low-energy-consumption removable (liftable) aeration system, and adopts modified polyurethane material (MDI/TPU), which has good ductility and high tensile strength. Aeration hoses are evenly distributed at the bottom of the tank, the number of perforations is reasonable, the generated tiny bubbles are evenly diffused, the rising speed is slow, the air-liquid contact area is large, and the residence time is long, which effectively increases the oxygen transfer efficiency; The tiled layout eliminates the blind area of aeration, forms a mixed environment of mud, water and air , and ensures the efficient utilization of oxygen.
Air lift technology forms a high reflux ratio condition, quickly dilutes the pollutant concentration in the influent, reduces the pollutant load of activated sludge, and provides a more stable environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms. BIO-PROEN technology can achieve high reflux ratio (10~100 times) with low energy consumption; The concentration gradient of pollutants in the biochemical tank is very small, and the whole tank maintains a low dissolved oxygen state, providing a good symbiotic environment for various microorganisms, with high biochemical activity and remarkable nitrogen and phosphorus removal functions.
BIO-PROEN process has a good market prospect in the field of treating high-concentration industrial wastewater, urban domestic sewage and low-carbon nitrogen ratio sewage.
